Outside normal office hours, the above numbers forward to a voicemail that is monitored around the clock. Any emergency messages will be promptly responded to. Non-urgent general support issues will be responded to on the next business day where possible.
We will do our best to deal with any reported tenant issues as promptly as possible, and will keep in contact with you along the way so that you are informed on progress. We will liaise with landlords as necessary, depending on the nature of the problem.
It is important to promptly inform us of any problems at the property, so that we can swiftly resolve issues and maintain clear communication between tenants and landlords.
If you have a gas emergency, please contact the National Grid Service Emergencies on 0800 111 999. You should also alert us to any such issues so that we can monitor the situation.
