We’ll find the tenants…

Once you have the right property the next step is finding the right tenant.

We offer a no let no fee guarantee to all our clients. If your property doesn’t have a tenant and you don’t receive your income and rent that month, we won’t charge you.

We also operate a transparent pricing structure. There are only 3 fees that we charge – A Monthly Management Fee, a Finder’s Fee when we source new tenants and a Lease Renewal Fee when we are required to draft new documentation.
