I have shared my thoughts on “weekend property courses” a few times online, and each time I have had a connection or two reach out directly to say that they have a friend who’s recently attended one who I should speak to, and even one who had recently attended one themselves.
To be really clear – I’m not saying that all courses are nonsense. I’m sure some are packed full of great, informative content and I’m sure that there are some that deliver genuine value.
